Welcome – I’m Sue!

Do you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in painful patterns that are hard to break free from? Are you carrying the weight of trauma, grief, or loss that impacts your daily life? You are not alone — and healing is possible.

As a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist, I provide counselling for trauma, PTSD, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, grief, and addiction. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized to meet your needs. Together, we’ll work toward healing emotional pain, building resilience, and creating meaningful change in your life.

I use a range of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. These approaches help clients process trauma, manage overwhelming emotions, and restore balance to both mind and body. My EMDR work also integrates body-based techniques that promote safety, connection, and emotional regulation.

In our sessions, you can expect a space grounded in warmth, respect, and collaboration. I aim to help you uncover your inner strengths, clarify what truly matters, and move toward your most authentic and thriving self.

Wherever you are in your journey, I’ll meet you with care, compassion, and hope. Healing is possible — and your first step is powerful.
